Viikonlopun tarkoituksena on tuoda yhteen kaikenlaisia naisia asettumaan itsensä ja toistensa äärelle kuulemaan omaa sisäistä viisauttaan sekä tekemään yhteistä matkaa aistien ja nauttien alkukesän luonnon äärellä. Yhdessä luomme turvallisen tilan joka mahdollistaa omien tarpeiden ja rajojen kunnioittamisen ja kommunikoinnin ryhmässä. Viikonlopun aikana koemme matkan jota luotsaamassa on ihana tiimi naisia ja jota yhteisesti luodaan kaikkien osaanottajien toimesta. Luvassa on mm. tanssia, liikettä, meditaatiota, somaattista työskentelyä, rumpumatkaa, luovaa kuvallista työskentelyä. Lempeästi annamme tilaa omalle sisäiselle maailmallemme tulla näkyväksi ja todistetuksi juuri sellaisena kun se haluaa. Myös villit ja leikkisät osamme saavat olla ja kukoistaa retriitissä. Haluamme jättää tilaa myös palautumiselle, rennolle olemiselle, hyvälle ruualle, saunomiselle sekä pulahduksille taianomaisen kirkkasvetisessä järvessä metsän siimeksessä. Hinta 180€ sisältäen ruuat. We invite women to spend a weekend in the amazing nature surrounding The Dragon Temple in Inkoo, southern Finland. The intention is to bring together all kinds of women to be present for themselves and for each other during this beautiful early summer weekend. During the weekend we will experience a shared journey facilitated by our heartfull team of women and co-created with all of the beautiful participants. We will work with dance and movement, sharing circles, drum journey, touch, expressive art, meditation and more. Together we will create a safe space among us that allows us to honor our needs and boundaries through listening and expressing ourselves. We will gently give space for our inner worlds to be acknowledged and seen and also find ways to let our wild and playful souls be nourished. There will be space for relaxing together by the lake or in the sauna, walking barefoot in the forest and sharing stories with old and new friends.
