Welcome to an afternoon of connection, embodiment and exploration at the School of Embodied Wisdom in Helsinki.

This is an opportunity to get to know the space, connect with open hearted people, and experience different approaches to embodiment in private 45 minute try out sessions with our facilitators.

Throughout the day, you can participate in a sound and heart sharing ceremony, enjoy music, connection and soup. We end the day with an Embodied Wisdom Dance journey from 19–21.

Come for the whole day or drop in whenever you like.

These sessions can be booked on the day, or pre-booked if you want to make sure you get a time with a particular facilitator.

We have four private treatment rooms, a workshop space and a cosy kitchen lounge to hang out in throughout the day.
