Embodying the Goddess
A beautiful, deep, and intimate workshop for women. A space to reconnect with your inherent divinity and the love within you: self-love, body love, and a deeper sense of connection to yourself, others, and life itself.
Through guided meditation and simple embodied practices, we gently soften out of roles and expectations, and return to a more direct experience of ourselves – not as something to fix or improve, but as something already whole.
This work is influenced by a non-dual tantric perspective. You may hear words such as Shakti or the Divine Feminine, but you don’t need to believe in anything in particular. This is not about becoming something, but about remembering what has always been here.
