I am feeling really good about sharing this amazing tantric collective yoga with you. These deep breathing exercises and movements have helped me to experience life energy(prana) in a very real way. As a person who needs to feel life through my own body, I can say that I have discovered my way of meditating.
From January until May I will offer 2 hour group sessions at Studio Senza, Mechelininkatu 49, Hki Thursdays 18-20 once a month. Cost:20€. Please arrive 17.45!
Bring: comfortable clothes, water bottle, no artificial smells
