Held in the Dragon Temple by the pillars, the music and by each other, we have the opportunity to step on a journey. Breathe deep and feel tension, you move and feel the aches in the back and legs and shoulders. Feel the aching in your mind, in your emotions and help them melt. Each dance is like this. A healing. A renewal.
