A 3-Day Workshop with Qigong & Tantric Massage

Finding the connection to our inner power. We learn how to awaken and cultivate the raw primal energy we need for creating.

Join us for an immersive 3-day journey into the art of energy flow, heart centered massage and sacred sexuality. This unique training blends the ancient practices of Qigong with Tantric body-to-body massage techniques, creating a space for transformation and healing through movement, touch and presence.

Qigong Practice: Qigong exercises to awaken and energize the body, focusing on breath, movement, and energy cultivation. Qigong helps to release blockages, increase awareness, and bring a sense of calm and grounding.

Tantric Body-to-Body Massage: Dive into the principles of Tantra with guided body-to-body massage techniques that honor boundaries, increase sensitivity, and deepen intimacy. Learn how to use touch as a medium for healing and presence, integrating breath, movement and sound for a powerful experience. Getting familiar with how to use 5-elements massage.

Energy Flow and Body Awareness: Explore practices that bring awareness to your own energy and its flow within the body, learning how to direct and release it with intention.

Partnered Practices: Through partner work, discover the art of giving and receiving, enhancing communication, and fostering trust and empathy.

Drum journeys: Exploring and get to know your inner world better.

Location: The Dragontemple in Solbacka eco-village, Fagerviikintie 1395. Fagervik. Finland. (1hour from Helsinki)

Practical info:
All training sessions will take place in the Dragon Temple.
Food will be delicious and is mostly coming from our own gardens with some additions as needed. Ask for special considerations.
Our amazing lake in the forest will freshen you up. Outdoor wash up and toilet facilities.

FACILITATORS:

Petra Kaya: works with Embodied Wisdom since 25 years. She has developed her own approach to tantric massage, combining shamanism and tantra. She has a natural, animistic approach to life and dances her unique massage using body-to-body techniques with a high degree of integrity and intimacy.
She has powerful and yet very subtle skills in holding space, with a strong foundation in bodywork, tantra massage, shamanism and community building. Her passion is to learn more about and support the life energy to express itself more. She works with shamanistic ceremonies using her drum, body and voice to connect to the spirit world, holding space for deep process work.
