Through movement\, we’ll discover how to dance with the energy of life itself\, embracing its rhythms and possibilities.\nNote from the picture\, the blindfold is optional.\n\n The Journey:\n Begin Within – Start by connecting to yourself: grounding in your body\, finding your center\, and aligning with the earth and sky. Move Outward – From this rooted place\, step into the space of connection. Explore playful\, meaningful\, and sensual interactions while staying authentic and safe. Lead and Follow – Practice the balance of giving and receiving—leading with care\, and allowing yourself to be cared for.
