A journey of inner presence and outward flow. Through movement\, we’ll discover how to dance with the energy of life itself\, embracing its rhythms and possibilities.\nNote from the picture\, the blindfold is optional.\n\n The Journey:\n Begin Within – Start by connecting to yourself: grounding in your body\, finding your center\, and aligning with the earth and sky. Move Outward – From this rooted place\, step into the space of connection. Explore playful\, meaningful\, and sensual interactions while staying authentic and safe. Lead and Follow – Practice the balance of giving and receiving—leading with care\, and allowing yourself to be cared for. Flow Freely – Dance your emotions\, invite the joy of life\, and surrender to the natural flow. When we let life move us\, we find unity\, both within and beyond.\nWe will end at 20:00.\nThis is more than a dance; it’s a practice in presence\, connection\, and surrender \n\n Your FacilitatorThe session is guided by Petra Kaya\, who has worked with Embodied Wisdom for 30 years. She has developed her own approach to tantric massage\, blending shamanism and tantra.Petra co-founded the Solbacka intentional community in Fagervik\, southern Finland\, where she explores community building. She is also a co-creator of The Dragon Temple and is developing The School of Embodied Wisdom.\n\n AssistantsWe are honored to have two assistants supporting this session:\nAnna-Riikka Kärnä brings her experience as an Innerdance facilitator\, as well as her background as a master coach and service designer. Her presence adds depth and flow to every session.\nLou Haïssous is an Innerdance facilitator and a talented lighting artist.
